RETURNS + SHIPPING POLICY

We hope you'll love your nordie goods, but understand things don't always work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or online store credit. We do not process exchanges, at this time. Please see below for more information on our policies.

  • We will gladly accept returns on unused and unwashed items that are in the original condition and within 30 days of receiving your order.  

  • Items indicated as Final Sale merchandise are sold as-is and do not qualify for returns.

  • As a small business, we are not able to accept returns without prior authorization from the NORDJÖRK team. Please be sure to contact us before shipping the items, so we can understand your reason for returning : skadi@nordjork.com

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please securely wrap or package the items and ship to the address provided in our email (see above).

After we receive your returned items and inspect it's condition, we will process your refund or store credit. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least 15 days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

SHIPPING POLICIES & INFORMATION

We typically pack and ship packages the same day on all orders received before 12pm MST Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12pm MST will ship the next business day.

We ship with USPS domestic mail or UPS, you may choose from these two options during checkout.

  • $5.00 Flat rate USPS domestic mail OR $10 UPS ground shipping on all orders under $50

  • FREE USPS domestic mail shipping on orders $50 or MORE

  • FREE UPS ground shipping on orders $100 or MORE

 

$30.00 flat rate international shipping for all orders under $200.00. FREE for orders $200 or MORE.  

 

Once your order is out the door, it is in the hands of shipping companies and NORDJÖRK has no control over delivery schedules.

You will receive an email with a link to track your package. If you have not received this link within 4 hours of placing your order, please check SPAM/JUNK before contacting us.

 

NORDJÖRK is a small team of 4 nordies! We do everything from teaching on-snow, designing cool cross-country skiing goods, to answering emails and hand-packing each order. Your patience and kindness when reaching out to us, is greatly appreciated.
