We hope you'll love your nordie goods, but understand things don't always work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or online store credit. Please see below for more information on our policies.

• We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on unused and unwashed items that are in the original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. 

• Items indicated as FINAL SALE merchandise are sold as-is and do not qualify for returns/refunds OR exchanges.

• As a small business, we are not able to accept returns/exchanges without prior authorization from the NORDJÖRK team. Please be sure to contact us before shipping the items, so we can understand your reason for returning : skadi@nordjork.com

  • Once your return has been authorized, we will email you a return shipping label. We will deduct shipping fees from your refund, if applicable. 

  • You are welcome to ship back the merchandize using your preferred method, but prior authorization is required.

• Please securely wrap or package the items and ship to the address provided in our email (see above).

• We can accept returns/exchanges for items that were purchased directly from www.nordjork.com

  • All others must be directed to your point of purchase.​

• EVENT SALES: Are considered FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns/exchanges/refunds.

After we receive your returned items and inspect it's condition, we will process your refund or store credit. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least 15 days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
